A Succulent Tea Party
/We recently styled a fun little photo shoot that we just have to share with you. My niece, Indy (Krista's daughter), is starting Kindergarten next week, so Krista really wanted to do one last photo shoot that embodied her as a "little girl." She knew for sure that she wanted her to wear a flower crown with big flowers and an ivory lace dress. Other than that, she wasn't really sure about the setting or location. We put our heads together and came up with a succulent tea party in the woods with her favorite teddy bear! Krista made Indy's flower crown using my Succulent Crown Tutorial, and handmade her dress as well. You can find her DIY Little Lace Dress tutorial here. We had way too much fun with all the little details and hope you enjoy these "behind the scenes" photos.
Wait there's more... Click here to view Indy's photo shoot by Mares Imagery!

I love all of your posts. The quality of your pictures is amazing.
I was in search of something that can win my heart and then I found your blog and got everything from here. Thanks
Where did you find that wafer thin saucer? I love it! I wish they made terra cotta pots that thin, they'd look so good.
Hi I had a quick question! I have started my succulent interest recently and wasn't sure how to plant them! I loved the tea pot idea but wasn't sure what kind of dirt to use. I have heard succulents don't do well with water, and wasn't sure how to drain the water with planting it.
Hope to hear back, thank you!
